Having France, Netherlands, Poland, and Austria fighting in the same group, group D is without a doubt, the embodiment of the word “group of death”. France, the fan-favorite of not only group D, but also the top choice of winning Euro 2024, approaches the tournament with their impressive list. With top talent from the top European leagues, like Kylian Mbappé, Ferland Mendy, Eduardo Carnavinga, and many more, France is most likely to stay supreme in this group.

Netherlands follow closely behind France for having a mix of seasoned pros and exciting new talent, such as Virgil van Dijk, Jeremie Frimpong and Wout Weghorst. Under the captaincy of Virgil van Dijk, the team of Netherlands will look to win their way to the knockout stage via strong defense mechanism.

Next up, we have Poland and Austria that are both do not have many start-studded names like France and Netherlands. But this doesn’t necessarily mean that they don’t have the opportunity to upset the odds. Both have the qualities to be the wildcard that breakthrough the group stage and rise as a winner, especially Poland which have Robert Lewandowski leading the charge.

Group E: Belgium has no excuse to lose

Euro 2024 is the perfect chance for Belgium to show the world that their unexpected early exit from the 2022 World Cup is a one-time thing, and it will not be happening again. With the big names like Kevin De Bruyne, Jeremy Doku, and Romelu Lukaku in the team, they have absolutely no excuse to exit early again.

Known for their tactical discipline and resilient spirit, Slovakia that lead by Milan Škriniar is the second favorite to advance to the knockout stage compared to Romania and Ukraine that are not in the conversation of Europe’s footballing elite.

However, underdogs come out on top happens very often in big tournaments like Euro 2024. So, do not underestimate their resilience and determination to compete against all odds.

All eyes on Portugal in group F as the team is led by the legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. Combining a mix of seasoned veterans and exciting new talent, the Portuguese are looking not only to advance to the round of 16, but also lift the European trophy once more for the legend Cristiano Ronaldo himself.

The Czech Republic and Turkey are the most possible winner for the second spot, as both of them are on equal terms on many factors, from talent to teamwork, they will give their 101% to seize the opportunity for the next round.

Lastly, we have a new face in town – Georgia, which qualified for Euro 2024 for the first time. They have proved to the world that they have the ability to shake things up in the qualifying stage, so let’s expect them to go all out with nothing holding them back.
